Leader academy

In October 2013 we decided to establish educational project called Sprint Leader Academy. It is aimed at department coordinators to extensively develop their managing skills and to keep their knowledge up to date.

The program is based on real needs of those involved. Trainees taking part in the courses choose the topics by themselves . Thanks to such approach, their time is efficiently spent and they have a feeling of personal development.

The classes are prepared and conducted by a professional couching firm and all the trainees are at first surveyed by respective trainers.
